Social Superheroes

To me, a superhero is someone who helps others without wanting any form of compensation. They do what is right whether they will be in danger or not. A superhero is someone who is friendly, heroic (of course), smart, brave, and cunning.
My favorite superheroes:

Three real  life heroes:

Victoria Soto: A young school teacher who lost her life to save her students in the Newtown school shooting on December 14, 2012.

Military Officers: These men and women risk their life everyday to keep our country safe and free.

Operation Purple Sky: Two amazing girls who help fight against bullying. They have truly made (and continue to make) a difference in his world.

The top three social issues:

-Bullying
-Pollution
-Money

David Meanix

Three of my favorite works:

I like all of these images simply because they are original and creative! Also, they include both photography AND art, which i think is awesome. Each picture shows a different emotion. Also every image is different; not one is the same as the other!

I do like Meanix's art style. He is original and creative. I love how he can show any emotion in his work.

My fears: glossophobia, thanotophobia, pupaphobia.

Benday dots: The Ben-Day dots printing process, named after illustrator and printer Benjamin Henry Day, Jr., is a technique dating from 1879. Depending on the effect, color and optical illusion needed, small colored dots are closely spaced, widely spaced or overlapping.

2) The Tragedy

3) The Old Guitarist
